About the Job: Sales Representative – Vector Marketing

Vector Marketing has immediate openings for Sales Representative positions, with the opportunity to start work within the week!

Basic Responsibilities

• Work with customers to explain American-made Cutco products, which range from kitchen essentials to gardening tools.
• Sell the features and benefits of Cutco products.
• Place customer orders.
• No previous experience is necessary; comprehensive training is provided for success.

Position Details

• Compensation: Reps are paid a $25.00 base-appointment pay, which is not contingent on sales or results.
• Commissions: Additional commissions are available based on performance. Even during an “off week,” reps are compensated for the work completed, with potential to earn more through performance.
• Training: Full training is provided. Even if a rep doesn’t stay long-term, they will develop valuable communication, networking, and sales skills applicable to any professional field.
• Flexible Schedule: We offer flexible work arrangements to accommodate busy schedules, whether around classes, a full-time job, internships, or family obligations. We help reps set up a schedule that works best for them.
• Work Location: Reps work locally after training. Meetings and initial training sessions are held in the office.

Basic Requirements

• Enjoys working with people.
• Ages 18+ or 17 and a high school graduate (conditions apply).
• Able to interview within the week.
• Willing to learn and apply new skills.

Ideal Candidate

Successful candidates come from diverse backgrounds, including but not limited to fast food, grocery store clerk, warehouse worker, landscape, retail, cashier, customer service, and receptionist roles. Some of our best reps had no traditional work experience but possessed a positive attitude and enjoyed interacting with people.
