What You’ll Actually Do
• Customer Needs Assessment: Work directly with customers to understand their specific needs for kitchen and gardening tools.
• Product Presentation: Clearly explain the features and benefits of American-made Cutco products.
• Sales Facilitation: Assist customers with placing their orders for desired products.
• Appointment Engagement: Actively participate in scheduled customer appointments, earning a base pay per session.
• Professional Development: Utilize provided training to acquire and apply valuable sales, networking, and communication skills.

• Background: No specific educational or career background is required. Candidates from diverse fields such as retail, fast food, and administrative roles are encouraged.
