What You’ll Actually Do
• Explain: Clearly explain the features and benefits of Cutco products to customers.
• Recommend: Work directly with customers to understand their specific needs and provide suitable product recommendations.
• Process: Accurately place customer orders for various Cutco products.
• Engage: Directly interact with customers to ensure they find the products that best fit their requirements.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Must be 18+ years old, or 17 and a high school graduate (conditions apply).
• Experience: No previous experience is necessary, as full training is provided for success.
• Skills: Willingness to learn and apply new skills, along with an enjoyment for working with people.
• Bonus: A positive attitude and enjoyment of interacting with people, and the ability to interview within the week of application. Individuals from diverse backgrounds, including fast food, grocery, warehouse, landscaping, retail, cashier, customer service, or receptionist roles, are encouraged to apply.
