Sales Operations Intern | Boldyn Networks
The Tone:
This is a full-time, paid internship at Boldyn Networks, located onsite in Irvine. Boldyn Networks is at the forefront of reimagining the future of interconnectivity, designing network solutions to address tomorrow’s significant challenges. This role supports the Commercial Operations team by providing critical market intelligence and sales support, directly contributing to future success. You will be fully immersed in every aspect of the sales environment from a modern office setting.

• Mission: Assist the Commercial Operations team with market intelligence and sales support initiatives.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Market Intelligence: Research Mobile Network Operator (MNO) markets, including vertical and regional priorities, and market share analysis, to inform strategic sales decisions.
• Performance Reporting: Attend strategic accounts and programs performance reports/meetings, accurately summarizing key notes for team understanding and future action.
• Industry Analysis: Conduct in-depth research to create internal market reports across diverse verticals such as Commercial Real Estate, sports and entertainment, and medical infrastructure, providing actionable insights.
• Data Management: Review and maintain internal data systems and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms like Salesforce, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility.
• Operations Support: Assist with strategic Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests and generate various data reports to support strategic planning and sales initiatives.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree program in technology, marketing, or business, specifically as a 3rd-year undergraduate student or above.
• Experience: Demonstrated basic research skills and a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
• Skills: Solid understanding and proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (MS Suite).
• Bonus: Experience with Data Visualization, knowledge of Tableau, and experience with automated reporting and data analytics.
