About The Role

Are you passionate about sales markets? This exciting opportunity will allow you to assist our Commercial Operations team with critical market intelligence and sales support initiatives. We are seeking an enthusiastic and personable Sales Operations Intern to contribute to market research, FOIA requests, sales reporting, and more. You will be fully immersed in every aspect of our sales environment from our modern Irvine office.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a key part of the Commercial Operations Team, your responsibilities will primarily include:

• Researching Mobile Network Operator (MNO) markets, including vertical priorities, regional priorities, and market share analysis.
• Attending strategic accounts and programs performance reports/meetings and accurately summarizing key notes.
• Conducting in-depth research and creating internal market reports across diverse verticals such as Commercial Real Estate, sports and entertainment, and medical infrastructure.
• Assisting with strategic Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests.
• Managing and creating marketing assets by leveraging our existing portfolio.
• Reviewing and maintaining internal data systems and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms like Salesforce.
• Generating data reports to support strategic planning and sales initiatives.
• Performing other assigned tasks as needed to support team objectives.

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in technology, marketing, or business.
• A 3rd-year undergraduate student or above, with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
• Demonstrated basic research skills.
• A solid understanding of the Microsoft Office Suite (MS Suite).
• Experience with Data Visualization is highly valued.
• Knowledge of Tableau and experience with automated reporting and data analytics are considered a significant plus.
