Sales Operations Coordinator | Red River
The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Red River, located in an office setting. Red River is an organization that operates within the IT industry, delivering technology solutions to its clients. This coordinator role is crucial in supporting the sales organization, including Inside Sales Managers and Account Executives, by ensuring accurate data entry and efficient presales execution. You will play a key part in maintaining system integrity and supporting timely client interactions.

• Mission: Ensure accurate data entry, timely quote creation, and coordination of pricing requests to support efficient presales execution.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Sales Support: Provide daily operational support to Inside Sales Account Managers and dedicated account teams, assisting with their customer account lists.
• Data Management: Enter and maintain accurate customer, opportunity, and order data within the RADAR system, upholding data integrity.
• Quote Generation & Coordination: Build and prepare sales quotes based on approved pricing, terms, and product configurations, actively requesting and tracking pricing from internal stakeholders and vendors as needed.
• Accuracy & Resolution: Review quotes for completeness and accuracy before customer delivery, and coordinate with Sales, Finance, and other internal teams to resolve any pricing or data discrepancies.
• Process Improvement & Analysis: Assist with process improvements related to quoting, pricing, and data accuracy, and interpret information to support strategic decisions on product sourcing, configurations, and basic competitive pricing analysis.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Early Career professional committed to learning sales procedures, protocols (RFQs, end-user identification), and internal resource communication within the IT industry.
• Experience: 0-1 years of experience in the IT industry.
• Skills: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office; ability to learn Contract and Compliance protocols; professional written and verbal communication; strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines.
• Bonus: A 4-year post-secondary degree, prior inside sales experience, or entry-level certifications in OEM training programs.
