Sales Operations Analyst | Simpro Software

The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Simpro Software, located in Miami, FL. Simpro develops software solutions and this role supports the daily operational needs of the sales organization. This position is central to ensuring data quality and accurate pipeline information within the CRM. It provides an excellent opportunity for early career professionals to understand SaaS sales operations and build foundational skills for future growth in RevOps, analytics, or sales roles.

• Mission: To ensure data quality and operational efficiency for the sales team by maintaining accurate CRM and pipeline information.

What You’ll Actually Do
• CRM Management: Own the day-to-day maintenance of Salesforce, performing account ownership updates, ensuring opportunity data cleanup, executing territory adjustments, and maintaining contact record hygiene.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Work extensively in Excel to organize, reconcile, and analyze sales data, which is a core part of this role, to support various sales initiatives.
• Campaign & Planning Support: Pull specific lists, build necessary reports, and prepare data files to aid sales campaigns, facilitate territory planning, and fulfill leadership requests.
• Operational First Contact: Serve as the initial point of contact for sales representatives and managers for all operational requests, including account lookups, data corrections, access issues, and process questions.
• Tool & Process Administration: Assist with the administration of sales tools, managing user provisioning, executing basic configuration updates, and performing first-line troubleshooting; also contribute to the documentation of sales processes and workflows.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Communications, or a related field, marking this as an early career opportunity designed for foundational learning and growth.
• Experience: At least 1 year of professional experience in a business, operations, sales support, or administrative role, demonstrating practical exposure to a professional work environment. Exposure to a CRM system, with Salesforce being strongly preferred, gained through work experience, internships, or relevant coursework.
• Skills: Strong Excel skills are required, encompassing confidence with VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, IF statements, and text functions, along with the ability to independently clean messy data. Possess exceptional attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership over work quality, a service-oriented mindset, and clear written and verbal communication skills. Comfort juggling multiple requests and priorities in a fast-paced environment is also essential.
• Bonus: Exposure to SaaS or subscription-based business models is a plus, as is a stated interest in growing into more senior RevOps, analytics, or sales roles over time.
