Sales Management Trainee Program | NY Eventss
The Tone:
This is a full-time training program at NY Eventss. The company develops and executes client campaigns, and manages essential functions across sales, operations, and business administration. • Mission: This role prepares individuals for leadership positions across sales, operations, and business administration within the company.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Train: Actively participate in an intensive 6–12-month comprehensive training curriculum designed to develop essential skills in sales, leadership principles, team management, and broader business operations.
• Learn: Gain practical, hands-on experience by shadowing experienced professionals in sales processes for four weeks, observing and being involved in new hire recruitment and training for three to six months, and finally shadowing senior management on overarching business operations.
• Support: Provide assistance with daily tasks and ongoing projects within the sales, operations, and business administration departments to actively support various company initiatives.
• Contribute: Work closely with team members on diverse client campaigns and projects, contributing valuable ideas and insights to collectively drive successful outcomes.
• Grow: Progress through increasingly challenging assignments and responsibilities as skills and competencies develop throughout the program, demonstrating a strong commitment to continuous learning and personal development.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Demonstrated strong interest in pursuing a professional career path in sales, leadership, or business administration.
• Experience: A proven track record of success in a customer-facing role, with a preference for experience gained in sales, marketing, or a related industry.
• Skills: Excellent communication, strong interpersonal skills, and effective organizational abilities. Possess a proactive, self-motivated attitude, eager to continuously learn and grow. Capable of working effectively both independently and collaboratively as part of a team, and driven by a passion for making a positive impact and achieving results.
