About the Role
This is a sales internship at ALKU, focused on driving the needle forward on ALKU accounts and business, not on menial tasks. Interns will be guided by ALKU sales superstars and teamed with a seasoned, full-time sales mentor, providing guidance and support throughout their career. The program is designed to springboard young professionals into full-time ALKU team members.

What You’ll Do
• Drive the needle forward on ALKU accounts and business
• Get acquainted with every side of the sales cycle
• Solve problems on the fly
• Learn the industry inside and out
• Grow both personally and professionally
• Participate in the Specialized Intern Training Program, Circuit, which includes hands-on experience, skill development, and real-time feedback from day one
• Learn both sides of sales and choose your best fit
• Drive ALKU business through lead generation, outreach, and sourcing efforts
• Develop foundational skills and a professional network

Role Highlights & Compensation
• Hourly pay ($16-$18 per hour), paid weekly, plus performance-driven bonuses just like a regular sales rep
