Summer Sales Internship | Prosource

In this role, you will be instrumental in generating new business, qualifying potential clients, and scheduling sales engagements, directly contributing to the company’s growth by expanding its customer base.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Generate Leads and Sales: Utilize multi-channel prospecting techniques, including cold calling via email, phone, and face-to-face interactions, along with social selling strategies on LinkedIn, to identify and close sales with business professionals.
• Manage Sales Pipeline: Track all sales activities, customer interactions, and prospect engagements within the customer and prospect database to effectively manage and grow the sales pipeline.
• Present Solutions: Evaluate the specific business needs of customers to develop and present comprehensive technology solutions that are designed to foster their growth and address their challenges.
• Market Technology Offerings: Actively market and sell a wide range of comprehensive technology products, solutions, and services to businesses, showcasing their value and benefits.
• Support Customer Relations: Engage in sales support activities such as providing end-user training, assisting with walk-throughs and assessments, and offering Excel & PowerPoint support to ensure customer success and satisfaction.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Candidates must be currently working towards a college degree or have already obtained a college degree, demonstrating a foundational understanding suitable for a student-level role.
• Experience: A demonstrated history of success across various areas such as academics, sports, or prior employment is required. This role also requires a valid driver’s license for travel, and while previous sales experience is not mandatory, it is considered an advantage.
• Skills: Proficiency in relevant computer applications including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is essential. The ability to initiate contact with new people, overcome objections, persuade others, and exhibit strong communication and listening skills are key.
• Bonus: Additional education in the field of business technology is considered an advantage, alongside any prior sales experience.
