Job Description

Role Title: Sales Intern
Focus Market: North America (NA), given Aircall’s ambition for fast growth in this region with over 6000 existing customers.
Location: This is an onsite role based in San Francisco, with an expectation of being in the office two days a week (Monday and Wednesday).
Internship Start Date: November or December 2025.
Duration: 6 months.
Work Sponsorship: Aircall cannot offer work sponsorship for this position.

About the Role:
As a Sales Intern, you will gain practical, hands-on experience in the dynamic B2B software sales landscape. The internship is designed to provide valuable insights into the sales process, customer relationship management, and market research within the SaaS industry. It offers an excellent learning opportunity for individuals interested in pursuing a career in sales, allowing them to develop consultative sales skills and grow professionally.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaboration with Account Executives: Work closely with Account Executives (AEs) focused on the NA Market to manage prospects, guiding them from a qualified lead stage through to closing.
Sales Process Immersion: Participate in and observe sales calls to acquire practical knowledge regarding the sales process and effective customer interactions.
Customer Project Management: Manage customer projects during their trial period, which includes negotiating custom offers and ultimately closing deals.
Value Proposition Articulation: Support the sales team in effectively positioning and articulating Aircall’s value proposition, specifically targeting small businesses.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various internal teams, such as marketing and customer success, to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience throughout the entire sales process.

Qualifications:
Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Language Skills (English): Flawless spoken and written English is essential for effective communication with clients.
Language Skills (French): French fluency is considered a significant advantage.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required, coupled with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
Work Ethic: Must be highly motivated and results-oriented, demonstrating a strong work ethic.
Customer-Facing Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role (e.g., support or success) is a plus.

Compensation:
The compensation for this internship is stated as $18 – $22 a year. This figure does not include other benefits. The actual compensation offered will be determined by carefully considering a wide range of factors, including the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
