Analyst, FP&A Sales Incentive | Invesco

This is a full-time role at Invesco, located in an Invesco office, following a hybrid work schedule. This role is critical for ensuring that sales incentives are accurately calculated and administered, which directly contributes to timely payments and transparency for employees, aligning sales efforts with company objectives. The position supports Invesco’s strategic priorities by ensuring operational excellence and analytically driven decision making within the finance department.

• Team: Sales Incentive team within the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) department.
• Mission: To accurately calculate and administer sales incentive plans, support plan modeling and budgeting processes, and ensure timely, transparent payments to employees.
• Tech Stack: Snowflake, Hyperion, Salesforce, Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
What You’ll Actually Do
• Data Analysis: Compile, process, and analyze sales and asset data for sales incentive calculations.
• Plan Implementation: Oversee the implementation of sales incentive plans.
• Accrual Management: Calculate and submit monthly sales incentive accruals.
• Stakeholder Liaison: Function as the primary point of contact for clients and management on sales incentives.
• Budget Support: Coordinate pertinent incentive information used for budgeting and forecasting.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor of Science in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 1-3 years of finance experience with a concentration in management reporting, scenario planning, forecasting, and decision modeling.
• Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), strong quantitative and analytical ability, good interpersonal and communication skills, detail-oriented, and highly motivated.
