The Tone:
This is a fully onsite Sales Engineering and Leadership Program at Regal Rexnord, located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin HQ. Regal Rexnord is a publicly held global industrial manufacturer with 30,000 associates, dedicated to creating a better tomorrow by providing sustainable solutions that power, transmit, and control motion through electric motors, air moving subsystems, power transmission components, and automation offerings. This program is designed to build the core business and technical skills necessary for a successful sales career, providing participants with a comprehensive, cross-functional understanding of the company to shape them into future leaders.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Program Participation: Engage in a progressive and challenging 6-month assignment, rotating through Product and Company Marketing, Engineering, and Outside/Inside Sales functions to gain diverse experiences.
• Skill Development: Build a broad understanding of Engineering, Sales, and Marketing, acquiring the knowledge and skill base to contribute to the success of the business.
• Customer Engagement: Travel with assigned Mentors to job shadow and learn how Sales employees interact with customers and complete their duties.
• Business Analysis: Work to understand complex functional situations by paying attention to details, breaking them down into smaller pieces, and evaluating alternative solutions in adherence to company standards while assessing business and customer impact.
• Continuous Improvement: Learn about and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, understanding how it drives customer value within the organization.
The Must-Haves
• Background: This is an entry-level program requiring a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) Degree in Industrial Distribution, Business, or Engineering. No prior industry experience is required.
• Experience: The first 6-months of this role require work in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Upon program completion, candidates must be open to working in Inside Sales or Outside Sales and relocating within the USA. The position requires approximately 25-30% overnight travel. Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without requiring company sponsorship for U.S. work authorization.
• Skills: Strong leadership, communication (verbal and written), and analytical skills are essential. Candidates must possess an established work ethic and ambition, be proficient in planning and organizing time to efficiently achieve objectives, and exercise logic and reasoning to make sound decisions that support customers and the business. Computer skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point, are also required, along with the ability to adjust to varying priorities and project lists.
