What You’ll Actually Do
• Customer Solutions: Develop consumer and commercial customer solutions for local and national accounts, including Fortune 500 companies.
• Inventory Management: Manage a large inventory of vehicles, balancing fleet productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Business Development: Generate new business leads and foster existing customer relationships.
• Customer Service: Ensure complete customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree required, with an entry-level career stage.
• Experience: Valid driver’s license, and the ability and willingness to drive Penske vehicles, including a 26’ box truck.
• Skills: Effective communication skills, both written and verbal; results-oriented; attention to detail; good time management skills.
• Bonus: Preferred concentration in Business or Marketing; internship or related work experience in a customer-facing role.
