What You’ll Actually Do
• Portal Management: Manage and optimize external sales portals used by broker networks.
• Material Enhancement: Update and enhance sales and marketing materials for accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment.
• Market Research: Conduct competitive and market research to provide insights that support team strategy.
• Persona Development: Develop audience personas by gathering and analyzing insights to refine targeting.
• CRM Support: Support CRM workflows and sequencing initiatives to improve team efficiency and outreach effectiveness.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Student pursuing a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
• Experience: Previous internship, campus leadership, or project experience in sales, marketing, or business development. Experience conducting research, analyzing data, or synthesizing findings.
• Skills: Strong written and verbal communication; highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities; analytical mindset with an interest in market research and customer insights; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Bonus: Familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot; understanding of marketing fundamentals, audience segmentation, and brand positioning; ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team setting.
