The Tone:
This is a full-time training program designed for recent college graduates, with an initial training period in Dalton, GA, followed by relocation to a US territory. Mohawk Industries is a Fortune 500, global flooring leader known for its extensive brands and sustainable manufacturing. This role is crucial for developing the next generation of sales professionals who will drive success and innovation within the company’s commercial flooring division. Participants will gain practical experience and advance their careers to become Account Executives.

• Mission: To equip recent college graduates with comprehensive sales knowledge and leadership skills, leading to a full-time Account Executive position in the US.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Acquire comprehensive knowledge of Mohawk Industries’ global landscape and the commercial construction business.
• Master Mohawk’s product lines, understanding their applications in various market segments and integrating plant tour insights.
• Develop industry-leading presentation and influencing skills tailored to the commercial flooring industry and diverse buyer types.
• Gain practical experience through hands-on immersion at corporate headquarters, plant tours, and operational department rotations.
• Grow your professional network within the organization and understand key departmental functions like Marketing, Sales Operations, and Customer Service.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Recent college graduate with less than three years of professional experience, holding a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Design, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 2.5 GPA. Must be able to relocate within the USA after training and willing to travel approximately 50% for training events and meetings.
• Skills: Collaborative work style, self-motivated to manage multiple projects, excellent communication and presentation abilities, and demonstrated leadership potential.
• Bonus: Relevant certificates are considered a plus.
