Important Dates for Certificated Staff

Please mark your calendars for the following critical dates:

  • New Hire Bootcamp: All newly hired certificated staff are required to participate in the New Hire Bootcamp from July 28, 2026, through August 3, 2026. This comprehensive program is designed to prepare you for a successful start.
  • Returning Certificated Staff: All returning certificated staff are expected to report to work on August 4, 2026.

How to Obtain a Copy of Your Credential

To complete your application or for your records, please follow these steps to retrieve an official copy of your credential from the Commission on Teacher Credentialing:

  1. Access the secured search portal on the Commission on Teacher Credentialing website (specific link not provided, but typically found on their official site).
  2. At the secured search prompt, enter your birthdate and your social security number.
  3. All your registered documents and credentials will be displayed.
  4. Select the appropriate document number corresponding to your Designated Subjects Special Subjects Teaching Credential – Reserve Officers Training Corps.
  5. Choose the ‘print’ option, then change the destination to ‘PDF’, and finally ‘save’ the document to your device.
