• Mission: Develop foundational leadership skills by exploring diverse areas of healthcare to make a meaningful impact within Mercy’s system.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Explore: Immerse in a variety of departments and functions across Mercy’s healthcare system.
• Gain Exposure: Learn about key operational areas such as Operations Excellence, Specialty Care, and Hospital/Clinics.
• Understand Functions: Engage with departments including Human Resources, Marketing, Missions and Formation, Strategic Ventures, Enterprise Data, and Artificial Intelligence.
• Develop Leadership: Build a strong foundation in leadership through hands-on experiences.
• Identify Impact: Discover where individual talents can contribute most effectively to the organization’s mission.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree. Entry-Level. A recent graduate from an accredited bachelor’s degree program.
• Experience: Demonstrated leadership potential within an organization.
• Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, adaptability, and a desire to grow within a mission-driven organization.
• Bonus: Previous involvement in leadership roles, internships, or team-based projects.
