What You’ll Actually Do
• Explore a variety of departments and functions across Mercy’s healthcare system through an immersive, hands-on experience.
• Gain exposure to key operational and strategic areas such as Operations Excellence, Specialty Care, Hospital/Clinics, Human Resources, Marketing, Missions and Formation, Strategic Ventures, Enterprise Data, and Artificial Intelligence.
• Build a strong foundation in leadership by participating in a structured development program.
• Discover where your unique skills and talents can make the greatest impact within the organization.
• Develop as an emerging leader within a mission-driven organization, contributing to a healing ministry.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Recent graduate from an accredited bachelor’s degree program; Entry-Level career experience.
• Experience: Demonstrated leadership potential, strong problem-solving abilities, adaptability, and a desire to grow within a mission-driven organization.
• Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, adaptability, a passion for service, and curiosity to explore diverse areas of healthcare.
• Bonus: Previous involvement in leadership roles, internships, or team-based projects is a plus; commitment to Mercy’s mission and values.
