The Tone:
This is a full-time role at AeroFlux Innovations, located in Louisville, KY, starting in January 2027. AeroFlux Innovations focuses on developing and improving new products across Refrigeration, Cooking, Dishwashers, Air Conditioning, and Washers and Dryers. This program provides early-career electrical engineers with hands-on experience in product development, manufacturing, and electrical design and testing. Participants gain essential technical and professional skills, preparing them for a robust engineering career while contributing to critical product innovation.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Program Participation: Engage in a three-year entry-level program that includes at least three technical rotational assignments across various technology positions within the company.
• Product Development: Contribute to the development and improvement of new electrical products for appliances such as Refrigeration, Cooking, Dishwashers, Air Conditioning, and Washers and Dryers.
• Electrical Engineering Tasks: Perform hands-on electrical design and testing, including PCB design, testing, and implementation, as well as managing small projects.
• Collaborative Design Integration: Work closely with manufacturing and product management teams to integrate product designs that effectively meet customer requirements.
• Advanced Education: Pursue and obtain a Master’s Degree in Engineering, with tuition fully paid for by the company, through customized courses at a local university partner.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree or better in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering degree, suitable for an entry-level technical development program.
• Experience: An early-career professional with a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher (out of 4.0).
• Skills: Solid analytical skills with a strong understanding of electrical schematics and symbols, and competence in using electronic tools like a soldering iron and multimeter.
• Bonus: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, a desire and ability to continue learning, commitment to a technical engineering program, a strong work ethic, and completion of two or more co-op or intern experiences prior to graduation.
