Description: Copeland’s Rotational Early Career Development Program in Engineering and Operations (Accelerate)

This 2-year rotational program offers early-career professionals and recent graduates with a passion for engineering, operations, or supply chain the opportunity to gain diverse experiences and make a real-world impact.

What the program offers:

Diverse Experiences: Rotations through various locations and departments, including cutting-edge engineering and strategic global operations, providing a 360-degree view of the business. Each rotation is designed to challenge participants and broaden their skillsets.

A significant Capstone project allows participants to solve a real technical or operational challenge and present their findings to senior leaders.

Currently pursuings:

• Minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Previous co-op or internship experience involving project leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to relocate and work at various locations within the US (with potential for international assignments) for a 2-year commitment.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States (sponsorship is not provided).
