Systems Engineer – Nuclear Weapons Security

Location: Pittsfield, MA (on-site or hybrid/flex with preference for on-site)

Target Salary Range: USD $77,843.00/Yr. – USD $86,358.00/Yr.

This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (geographic location, etc.). Actual pay may vary. This job posting will remain open until the position is filled.

About the Role

As a Systems Engineer for the Nuclear Weapons Security program, you will be a vital member of a cross-functional team dedicated to designing, developing, installing, and maintaining integrated electronic security systems. These critical systems play a direct role in supporting the United States’ strategic deterrence capabilities, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to national security.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field.
• Agile experience preferred.

Clearance Requirements

Department of Defense Secret security clearance is obtainable within a reasonable amount of time after hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.
