Position Overview: Revenue Cycle Intern

The Revenue Cycle Intern works as an apprentice under the direction of the AVP Revenue Cycle, taking responsibility for crucial functions within the Accounting and Finance Team. This internship plays a key role in the continued growth and success of the Company by supporting essential financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Profile clean-ups for new statement vendor implementation.
  • Census reconciliations to ensure data accuracy.
  • Cash posting operations.
  • Provide administrative input for some weekly reporting.
  • Assist with Accounts Receivable cleanup.

Qualifications:

  • Entry Level: Requires 0-1 years’ experience.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

Physical Requirements:

The role requires the ability to perform physical tasks including sitting, standing, bending, reaching, stretching, stooping, walking, and moving intermittently during working hours. Must be able to lift at least 50lbs. The intern must also be able to maintain verbal and written communication with co-workers, supervisors, residents, family members, visitors, vendors, and all business associates outside of the health campus.
