This entry-level Research Assistant position provides essential administrative support to a team of physicians, psychologists, and research coordinators, playing a crucial role in the efficient operation of clinical trials and the participant experience. What You’ll Actually Do
• Participant Greeting: Greet and assist study participants, especially older adults, at both front and back office locations.
• Scheduling Coordination: Coordinate and troubleshoot participant visit schedules in collaboration with recruitment and clinical teams.
• Protocol Learning & Data Entry: Quickly learn complex research protocols and assist with accurate data entry.
• Clinical Visit Support: Support doctors, clinicians, and research coordinators during study participant visits as needed.
• Administrative Support: Provide general clerical and administrative assistance to the team.

• Background: Entry-level career position with a willingness to start at a front desk role and grow within clinical research support.
• Experience: Commitment to at least 2 years of professional growth and development within the company.
