What You’ll Actually Do
• Investment Idea Generation: Proactively identify and implement investment ideas across assigned coverage sectors.
• Industry Analysis: Evaluate and integrate industry trends into actionable investment recommendations for the team.
• Work Product Maintenance: Maintain a high quality and consistent work product regarding financial modeling, credit/industry trend analysis, written credit reports, and presentations.
• Relationship Management: Establish and maintain management and industry relationships within covered sectors.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early Career professional with strong academic credentials and foundational knowledge in leveraged credit market research.
• Experience: At least 1-2 years of relevant research experience, either on the sell-side or buy-side.
• Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent quantitative and qualitative analytical abilities, and robust accounting and financial modeling expertise.
• Bonus: CFA or MBA preferred, with a requirement to obtain Series 7 & 66 licenses within six months of joining.
