What You’ll Actually Do
• Research Design & Execution: Conduct comprehensive quantitative and qualitative research using internal and external data sources, including the design and execution of surveys, interviews, and other data collection activities as required.
• Data Analysis & Interpretation: Gather, analyze, and interpret diverse data sets covering market, industry, customer, competitor, and business performance metrics, ensuring data accuracy and integrity according to quality standards.
• Strategic Insight Generation: Develop financial, statistical, or market analysis models where applicable, identifying key trends and generating strategic insights to support various business initiatives.
• Reporting & Presentation: Prepare detailed research reports, engaging presentations, and insightful dashboards for stakeholders, effectively presenting findings and actionable recommendations to management and cross-functional teams.
• Stakeholder Collaboration & Intelligence: Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand specific research objectives and business needs, and actively maintain research databases, knowledge repositories, and market intelligence resources.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level to mid-level professional with a strong preference for a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Statistics, Data Analytics, Social Sciences, Marketing, or a closely related analytical field.
• Experience: Preferred experience in various analytical roles such as research, data analysis, consulting, market research, business intelligence, or finance; demonstrated proficiency in core tools including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other general data analysis software.
• Skills: Possess strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving abilities; capable of conducting both quantitative and qualitative research; excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills; and the ability to interpret complex information and communicate findings clearly to diverse audiences.
• Bonus: Familiarity with advanced analytical tools like Power BI, Tableau, SQL, SPSS, R, Python, or similar statistical and programming platforms is a distinct advantage.
