• Mission: Implement an adaptive, industry-leading Social Intelligence capability into Nestle USA that is considered a trusted source of actionable, real-time insight into consumer perception & culture.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Research & Present: Conduct in-depth social and LLM listening research using the technology stack, leveraging insights to deliver persuasive, visual stories to stakeholders that drive action.
• Train & Guide: Assist in developing and executing training programs, including creating materials and leading sessions, to build stakeholder confidence in using social listening technology.
• Manage Requests: Help manage an analysis request queue, prioritizing ad-hoc social research requests based on business impact, effort, and urgency.
• Identify Insights: Review automated reporting outputs from various tools to ensure quality and proactively identify actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Maintain Tools: Assist with the day-to-day management of digital and social intelligence tools, addressing user access, report quality, and collaborating with support teams.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, market research, analytics, communications, business, economics, or a related field, with senior-level experience.
• Experience: 3-5 years in social listening and additional social research, including in-tool navigation and strategic storytelling of analysis results. Additionally, 3-5 years in a strategic data analytics role with a focus on developing strong dashboards or refreshable visualizations.
• Skills: Social listening technology navigation, Strategic storytelling and presentation, Data visualization, LLM Listening and visibility analysis, Consumer and cultural insights development.
• Bonus: Experience with Talkwalker, Nichefire, Yogi, Audiense, Creator IQ, Sprinklr, or Profound, familiarity with AI-driven workstreams and prompt writing best practices, understanding of foresight use cases and trend signal analysis, or experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Power BI.
