CPS Analytic Consultant | NielsenIQ
The Tone:
This is a full-time role at NielsenIQ, located in Milano, Italy, with hybrid work options. NielsenIQ partners with clients to offer deep insights and strategic thought leadership that help shape their business growth and determine the products consumers find on store shelves. This role is crucial for enabling clients to adopt and effectively utilize NielsenIQ’s consumer solutions, directly supporting the profitable growth of their customer loyalty.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Analyze: Conduct analyses based on Consumer Panel Service (CPS) data, transforming findings into clear and insightful presentations for clients.
• Educate: Act as a CPS subject matter expert, explaining methodologies, key metrics, and analytical approaches to clients in an accessible way.
• Present: Deliver findings and insights to clients in a clear and structured manner, addressing their specific business questions.
• Collaborate: Partner closely with CS Consultants, Insights Associates, and Sales teams to ensure effective project delivery and client satisfaction.
• Ensure Quality: Maintain high standards of quality and performance in all analytical work, contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Master’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: 1-2 years experience in FMCG, consumer insights, market research, or client-facing analytical roles.
• Skills: Strong analytical mindset and numerical aptitude to interpret consumer and sales data; ability to synthesize complex information into clear findings; capability to explain methodologies and analytical outputs clearly; strong interest in client-facing activities with a willingness to develop communication and presentation skills; ability to work independently, prioritize, and manage deadlines effectively; full proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; native or fluent Italian (written and spoken) and professional working proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Bonus: Familiarity with Generative AI tools and prompting techniques to support data analysis, insight generation, and the development of client-ready deliverables.
