What You’ll Actually Do
• Gain foundational business acumen through cross-functional rotation experiences in areas such as Finance, Information Technology, and Human Resources.
• Participate in a structured mentorship program with Executive Senior Leaders, Department Leaders, and Program Alumni.
• Engage in dedicated leadership development training to hone critical leadership skills.
• Attend annual industry and leadership conferences to expand knowledge and build professional networks.
• Analyze complex data, identify trends, and develop strategic solutions through cross-functional collaboration.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early career professional with a Bachelor’s Degree in a Business concentration or currently enrolled in a post-graduate program.
• Experience: Prior internship or co-op experience in a related field, along with successful completion of a Republic Internship Program if applicable, maintaining a minimum 3.5 GPA on a 4.0 scale.
• Skills: Advanced Microsoft Office skills, prioritizing Excel experience; proficient communication and presentation abilities; strong analytical and problem-solving skills through data analysis; willingness to rotate into various roles and functions across the organization.
• Bonus: Eligible to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship.
