What You’ll Actually Do
• Schedule Management: Maintain accurate employee schedules, shift assignments, and comprehensive workforce calendars.

• Change Communication: Communicate all schedule changes, critical updates, and necessary adjustments clearly to employees and supervisors.
• Conflict Resolution: Follow up on scheduling conflicts and actively coordinate solutions for any unresolved coverage needs.
• Record Keeping: Track all schedule changes, absences, and coverage updates, maintaining accurate workforce scheduling records and documentation within company systems.
