What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Engagement: Proactively engage with individuals who have already requested information, building rapport and understanding their specific needs for financial protection.
• Financial Guidance: Guide families through various financial protection options, clearly explaining benefits and helping them explore solutions that align with their goals.
• System Adherence: Diligently follow a proven, step-by-step system for client consultation and administrative processes, ensuring consistency and efficiency in your work.
• Professional Development: Actively participate in ongoing coaching sessions and mentorship programs, continuously refining communication and consulting skills.
• Flexible Work: Manage your workload remotely with a flexible schedule, adapting your hours to optimize client engagement and personal productivity.

The Must-Haves
• Background: This is an Entry-Level opportunity. Candidates must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident. The ability to quickly learn and apply a new system for financial protection consulting is essential.
• Experience: No prior experience is required for this role, as comprehensive training is provided to all new specialists.
