What You’ll Actually Do
• Audit Support: Support audit reviews and documentation processes to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Record Review: Review financial and operational records for completeness and adherence to standards.
• Reporting Assistance: Assist with internal reporting activities, compiling necessary data and information.
• Findings Preparation: Prepare audit summaries and findings, documenting observations and recommendations.
• Documentation Management: Maintain organized files and documentation for all audit and review processes.

The Must-Haves
• Background: High school diploma or equivalent is required; an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Experience: 0–2 years of experience in administration, finance, accounting, customer service, or support roles.
• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent organizational and time management skills, attention to detail and accuracy, basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace), and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively while working independently.
• Bonus: Administrative or office support experience, exposure to reporting or audit processes, experience with spreadsheets and documentation, familiarity with finance operations, and an interest in audit and compliance.
