Appointment Setter | Creations Marketing

The Tone:
This is a full-time and contractor role at Creations Marketing, located remotely. Creations Marketing specializes in helping early childhood education centers thrive by expertly managing the initial and crucial step in their enrollment journey. This role is vital as you will serve as the friendly, organized, and professional voice that parents first hear, guiding them toward finding the ideal educational environment for their children by booking essential center tours. You will play a key part in transforming warm inquiries into concrete next steps for families.

• Mission: Manage inbound inquiries and leads for early childhood education clients, quickly following up to qualify parent needs and schedule center tours.
• Tech Stack: CRM Software (GoHighLevel, ClickUp), Power Dialer, SMS tools, Slack, Zoom, Google Sheets, Gmail

What You’ll Actually Do
• Inquire: Respond to new family inquiries within 5 minutes during working hours to ensure prompt engagement.
• Connect: Call, text, and email families using provided scripts to warmly schedule tours at client early learning centers.
• Record: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions and progress in CRM systems.
• Confirm: Send confirmations and follow-up communications to parents to maximize attendance at scheduled tours.
• Develop: Participate actively in team training, coaching calls, and roleplay sessions to continuously enhance communication and appointment setting skills.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Fluent in English (written and spoken), with availability during U.S. business hours.
• Experience: Previous experience in appointment setting, call center operations, or enrollment/admissions is preferred.
• Skills: Strong, warm, clear, and empathetic communication abilities over the phone and in writing; reliable, organized, and detail-oriented work habits; comfortable and proficient in using various technologies including CRMs, messaging platforms, and spreadsheets; self-motivated to thrive in a remote and independent work environment; coachable with a love for feedback and continuous improvement.
• Bonus: Experience within early childhood education or family-facing services is a valuable asset.
