Setting: Acute Care
Schedule: Full-time | Varied Shifts | 7pm-7am or 7am-7pm

As a New Graduate RN, you will receive immense support and learning opportunities in a nurturing environment. Our comprehensive program, directed by our education department, experienced Registered Nurse preceptors, and dedicated nursing leaders, is designed to smoothly transition you from academic learning to hands-on practice. Key components of your onboarding and development include:
- Orientation: A dedicated 12-16 week orientation period before you fully transition into an RN position.
- Nurse Residency Program: Participation in our state-recognized, quality-focused Nurse Residency program during your first year as a new nurse.
How You’ll Contribute (Key Responsibilities)
A Registered Nurse (RN) who excels in this role will:
- Provide direct patient care in an acute care setting, utilizing the nursing process in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice.
- Develop comprehensive nursing care plans in coordination with the patient, family, and interdisciplinary staff as necessary.
- Effectively communicate changes in the patient’s clinical condition with Physicians, Nursing Supervisor/Manager, and co-workers as appropriate.
- Actively participate in the discharge planning process to ensure seamless patient transitions.

What We’re Looking For (Qualifications)
Applicants for the Registered Nurse (RN), New Graduate position should meet the following criteria:
- License: Current Arizona or Compact State RN license.
- Education: Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited nursing school.
- Preferred: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
- Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire.
