• Pay: $21–$23 hourly, plus 2nd shift differential
• Mission: To ensure the viability and integrity of clinical samples and provide essential laboratory support for diagnostic testing.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Sample Management: Identify, prioritize, and prepare clinical samples, ensuring their viability and integrity throughout the testing process.
• Testing Support: Prepare samples and reagents for testing and assist licensed Clinical Laboratory Scientists (CLS) with test protocols.
• Data Entry & Inventory: Accurately accession samples into the laboratory information system and maintain organization and inventory of specimens and supplies.
• Quality Control: Adhere to established quality control guidelines to ensure the integrity of laboratory specimens and assist with necessary documentation.
• Lab Maintenance: Perform general laboratory, equipment, and benchtop clean-up, and provide support in daily equipment maintenance and decontamination.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Biological science, Clinical Laboratory Science, Medical Technology, or qualifications meeting local regulatory (CLIA & State) requirements. This is an Early Career role.
• Experience: Ability to work with whole blood or blood by-products and comply with safety policies, perform repetitive tasks frequently, and pass a standardized color vision screen.
• Skills: Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel), and the ability to maintain production and quality standards.
• Bonus: Previous experience working in a clinical laboratory, experience with molecular biology techniques, and knowledge of general laboratory processes and medical terminology.
