• Team: Key member of the regional leadership team, coaching and developing site leaders.
• Mission: To provide strategic leadership, operational oversight, and client relationship management for a portfolio of healthcare foodservice accounts across Northeast Georgia.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Leadership Development: Lead, mentor, and develop Directors of Dining Services and healthcare foodservice leaders across multiple locations.
• Guest Experience: Drive exceptional patient, resident, visitor, and retail dining experiences while ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and hospitality.
• Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital executives, long-term care administrators, and key client stakeholders.
• Operational Oversight: Oversee operational performance, regulatory compliance, food safety, quality assurance, and client satisfaction initiatives.
• Financial Management: Own financial performance for the region, including budgeting, forecasting, labor management, and P&L accountability.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Multi-unit leadership experience in healthcare foodservice, including acute care, long-term care, rehabilitation, or behavioral health environments.
• Experience: Proven success managing large-scale operations, budgets, and client relationships, with strong financial acumen and a demonstrated ability to develop high-performing teams and leadership bench strength.
• Skills: Excellent communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills, strategic thinking, strong analytical, and problem-solving abilities, and experience leading change and driving measurable improvements in service, quality, and financial performance.
• Bonus: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
