You will act as a market expert and career advisor, managing the complete recruitment process.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Network: Build and maintain a network of specialized professionals within your assigned technical market.
• Candidate Management: Source, qualify, and interview candidates to accurately assess their skills, motivations, and overall fit for client roles.
• Client Partnership: Partner with client companies to understand their specific hiring needs and advise them on effective recruitment strategies.
• Offer & Placement: Negotiate offers, manage candidate pipelines, and successfully close placements to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Performance Optimization: Track and analyze personal performance metrics to continuously optimize output and overall profitability.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Early career professional seeking to build a high-earning, long-term career in sales and recruiting. No prior expertise in specific technical fields or recruiting/sales background is required as full training will be provided.
• Experience: Proven track record of achievement in academic, athletic, professional, or personal endeavors. No specific years of experience are required.
• Skills: A self-starter with a proactive and resourceful mindset, organized and dependable in managing multiple priorities, excellent at communication and building rapport, possessing strong emotional intelligence, and goal-oriented.
• Bonus: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or equivalent experience is preferred.
