Talent Acquisition Intern | Glint Tech Solutions

The Tone:
This is a remote internship at Glint Tech Solutions. You will be an integral part of the recruitment team, helping to manage the full hiring process. Your work will support everything from finding potential candidates to onboarding new team members. This role is essential for ensuring a smooth and organized talent acquisition pipeline for the company.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Manage Recruitment Workflow: Support the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial candidate sourcing and posting job openings on various platforms to ensuring smooth onboarding for new hires.
• Candidate Engagement & Screening: Review resumes, screen applications, conduct preliminary phone interviews, and coordinate scheduling for subsequent interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Data & Material Management: Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and assist in creating and updating recruitment materials like job descriptions and interview guides.
• Pre-Employment & Sourcing Support: Aid with pre-employment activities such as background and reference checks, and assist in organizing or attending job fairs, campus recruiting, and other talent sourcing events.
• General HR Administrative Support: Provide essential administrative assistance to the broader Human Resources team as needed.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Student pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline, with a strong interest in talent acquisition.
• Experience: No prior professional experience is strictly required for this role.
• Skills: Fluency in Mandarin and English (written and verbal); proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); strong organizational and multitasking abilities; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; attention to detail.
• Bonus: Previous internship or work experience in HR or recruiting.
