The Recruitment AI Operations Intern will play a direct role in monitoring customer onboarding, analyzing candidate recommendations, and supporting operational improvements. This work directly enhances the customer experience and shapes how individuals interact with AI-driven job search solutions by contributing to building real, production AI agents used by real users, offering high ownership and impact at the intersection of AI, agents, and product development.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Customer Support: Monitor newly onboarded customers and provide day-to-day operational follow-up.
• Quality Review: Review the quality of candidate recommendations for customer accounts to identify fit gaps or matching issues.
• Data Insights: Analyze patterns in recommendation quality, customer needs, and candidate fit.
• Client Engagement: Lead client meetings to ensure clear and smooth communication.
• Feedback Reporting: Summarize findings, feedback, and recurring issues in a clear and structured way.
• Operational Enhancement: Support improvements to operational workflows, recommendation quality, and customer experience.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Candidates should possess a foundational interest in recruiting processes or customer-facing AI products.
• Experience: Previous internship experience in clients-facing roles or within recruiting functions.
• Skills:
• Detail Orientation: Strong attention to detail is required to ensure accuracy in monitoring customer onboarding, reviewing recommendations, and analyzing data patterns.
• Data Proficiency: Comfortable utilizing tools like Excel or Google Sheets for the purpose of data analysis and comprehensive reporting tasks.
• Communication: Strong written communication skills are essential for clearly summarizing findings, feedback, and insights for internal and external stakeholders.
