What You’ll Actually Do
• Schedule interviews by contacting pre-screened applicants.
• Maintain a full and actively progressing interview pipeline.
• Achieve daily and weekly interview volume targets.
• Adhere to a structured, proven recruiting process.

The Must-Haves
• Background: High school diploma or equivalent; comfortable and proactive with phone communication.
• Experience: No prior recruiting experience required; ability to work urgently and meet deadlines.
• Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal abilities; meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bonus: Prior experience in recruitment or Human Resources.
