Entry Level Sales / Recruiter | Outsource

The Tone:

This role is crucial for identifying, screening, and placing top candidates, directly supporting the company’s rapid growth and ability to offer exceptional customer service. You will join a close-knit team dedicated to collaborative problem-solving and fostering a fun work environment.

• Mission: Identify, screen, and place low voltage and electrical talent while also identifying sales leads for the account management team.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Recruit: Identify potential candidates utilizing the internal database, various job boards, and creative recruiting strategies.
• Engage: Conduct a minimum of 50 calls daily to prospective and existing candidates.
• Qualify: Screen candidates over the phone and in-person for existing and upcoming job openings.
• Place: Facilitate the onboarding process for new candidates and place at least one candidate on a long-term job weekly.
• Develop: Identify sales leads for the Sales and Account Management teams.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree and/or recent military experience. This is an Entry Level position.
• Experience: Not specified in years.
• Skills: Demonstrated interest in Sales and Account Management.
• Bonus: Prior internship or work experience in a sales, marketing, or customer service environment is preferred.
