About the Job

As a Recruiter, you will be instrumental in finding sales talent nationwide, owning the entire candidate search process from start to finish. You will manage the needs of your dedicated on-site hiring manager, operating with a strong sense of urgency and a results-driven approach. What you’ll do:

  • Cultivate relationships and maintain strong communication with candidates, hiring managers, team members, and business partners to secure the best talent for open positions.
  • Generate a high volume of candidate flow through a variety of sourcing methods.
  • Conduct phone-screens and manage the entire interview process, from initial sourcing to job offer, while ensuring a seamless initial onboarding experience for candidates.
  • Accurately document conversations, interview progress, offers, and feedback within the Applicant Tracking System (Avature).
  • Process paperwork related to onboarding and dispositioning candidates with a high level of accuracy.
