The Tone:
This is a full-time, early career role at Schneider Electric, primarily supporting clients in the Southeast U.S. region. This program is designed for recent graduates to launch an impactful sales career, enabling them to drive positive change by creating more efficient and healthier buildings for public school districts, universities, hospitals, and municipalities.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Program Immersion: Complete a 10-week comprehensive training immersion at the Dallas Hub and in the field, including sales presentations, expert coaching, and in-depth solution knowledge.
• Client Development: Generate client interest through outreach, identify and build new executive-level relationships, and qualify opportunities.
• Solution Sales: Partner with clients at every stage of the sales cycle, from identification of needs and project scope development to closing complex solution sales.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal engineering, construction, project management, and client services teams to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Market Engagement: Attend conferences and industry networking events to expand client relationships and enhance market presence.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in business, entrepreneurship, sales, marketing, communications, or a similar background.
• Experience: 0-2 years of professional experience, with demonstrated leadership in previous organizations or work environments.
• Skills: Communication, Active Listening, Product Knowledge, Customer Relationship Management, Consultative Selling, Digital Literacy.
• Bonus: May 2027 graduates strongly preferred; a hardworking, high energy, strategic leader with a competitive spirit; comfort with 60% travel within your market; and a valid driver’s license with access to reliable personal transportation.
