• Mission: Support a wide range of agency projects and client work, gaining practical experience in PR and communications.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Media Tracking: Monitor media mentions and track placement of client coverage.
• List Building: Research and develop comprehensive media lists for outreach.
• Material Drafting: Prepare various press materials and draft media pitches.
• Presentation Support: Contribute to brainstorms and assist with client presentation development.
• Research Assistance: Support research efforts for both national and regional brands.
• Group Project: Participate in an intern group project that culminates in a presentation.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Current college student or recent graduate.
• Experience: None explicitly stated as required for the role.
• Skills: Strong writing abilities, adherence to AP Style, deep interest in media, news, and digital storytelling, proficiency in Microsoft Office, keen attention to grammar, accuracy, and detail, resourceful and self-starting approach, tech savvy with thoughtful use of AI.
• Bonus: Prior PR agency experience, bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, familiarity with relevant PR software.
