What You’ll Actually Do
• Project Engagement: Engage actively in specific, impactful projects within the Public Policy team, contributing directly to Constellation’s strategic objectives.
• Practical Experience: Acquire real-world, hands-on experience by applying academic knowledge to current public policy challenges and opportunities in the energy sector.
• Independent Work: Operate with a degree of independence on assigned tasks, managing responsibilities effectively while receiving structured guidance and mentorship from an assigned supervisor.
• Policy Support: Support the development and implementation of public policies that accelerate the transition to a carbon-free future and address critical climate challenges.
• Sustainability Contributions: Contribute to initiatives focused on delivering low-carbon and no-carbon power, helping families, communities, governments, and businesses achieve their sustainability and decarbonization goals.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Political Science, Business, Economics, Analytics, Sustainability, Law, or Government. Early career.
• Experience: Ability to lawfully work in the United States without a need for current or future visa sponsorship.
• Skills: Maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.8 and a minimum 3.0 GPA in your major, demonstrating a track record of outstanding academic performance. Eagerness to contribute effectively in a team-oriented environment, fostering mutual respect and shared success. Exhibit the ability to work creatively and analytically to solve complex problems within an environment. Possess excellent leadership capabilities, coupled with strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
