• Team: Product & Supplier Management team, working with Account Management Representatives, supplier partners, and engineers.
• Mission: Help customers find and secure the right products or services within public cloud marketplaces to expand market share and grow business.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Sales Opportunity Identification: Identify new sales opportunities by collaborating with partners, suppliers, and engineers to provide appropriate listings in the marketplaces.
• Listing Management: Create and maintain accurate supplier solution listings across major public cloud marketplaces (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Portfolio Strategy: Strategically manage an assigned portfolio using competition analysis, research, and profiling, interacting with internal Arrow resources.
• Transaction Oversight: Understand the complete transaction flow through the public cloud marketplaces.
• Customer Satisfaction Coordination: Coordinate with internal corporate resource groups to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Strong domain knowledge in Cloud computing, with an awareness of hyperscaler marketplaces and familiarity with private offers.
• Experience: Demonstrated ability to create and manage product listings, including drafting appropriate verbiage for accurate descriptions, and proven capability to work efficiently across multiple systems simultaneously with speed and exceptional accuracy when entering data.
• Skills: A detail-oriented self-starter, a collaborative team player, and possessing a demonstrated ability to influence and interact effectively at multiple levels of an organization.
