What You’ll Actually Do
• Prepare: Tax returns for individuals, businesses, and fiduciary entities.
• Support: Small businesses by assisting with bookkeeping and accounting services.
• Generate: Financial statements and accurately record adjusting journal entries.
• Reconcile: Bank and balance sheet accounts to maintain financial accuracy.
• Communicate: Directly with clients to address questions and request necessary information.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level public accountant with a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or nearing completion.
• Experience: At least 1 year of accounting experience, with a preference for public accounting.
• Skills: Working knowledge of QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel, alongside strong organizational and communication skills.
• Bonus: CPA eligibility or actively pursuing certification.
