The TL;DR

• Mission: To empower disciplined traders with capital and mentorship, enabling them to scale their trading edge and become Senior Traders.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Execute Trades: Employ institutional strategies (ICT/SMC, Fair Value Gaps, Liquidity Sweeps) using firm capital to generate profits.
• Demonstrate Consistency: Achieve specific profit targets and strictly adhere to risk management rules within a funded evaluation account during Phase 1.
• Manage Risk: Uphold a risk-first mentality by respecting drawdown limits and avoiding “revenge trading.”
• Apply Analysis: Utilize direct mentorship to develop expertise in technical analysis, tape reading, and institutional order flow.
• Maintain Records: Document all trading activity in a detailed journal and participate in weekly performance reviews.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early Career. Deep interest in Futures, Forex, or Equity markets.
• Experience: Prior exposure to retail trading environments with a focus on disciplined execution and a desire to transition to professional trading.
• Skills: Strong analytical mindset, risk-first mentality, discipline, and a self-starter attitude for independent trading desk management.
• Bonus: Prior exposure to ICT/Smart Money Concepts or Price Action trading.
