This role is crucial for defining new business opportunities, integrating new national accounts into operational systems, and ensuring seamless transitions and ongoing customer service excellence.

• Mission: Integrate new national accounts, establish procedures, and manage ongoing service requirements to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
• Tech Stack: Coupa, Ariba, Excel, Word, other third-party systems

What You’ll Actually Do
• Transition Management: Manage the smooth transition of new national accounts to multiple Victory Packaging branches by ensuring invoicing requirements are clearly communicated and all customer setup forms are completed.
• Service Implementation: Communicate and implement customer service requirements on a location-by-location basis, as per contractual obligations, working closely with customer sites, suppliers, and sales teams.
• Process Monitoring: Understand, implement (including training branches), and monitor changes to business processes that impact customer accounts, such as ordering, invoicing, and payment procedures.
• Opportunity Identification: Conduct audits for prospective customers to identify opportunities that align with the Victory Packaging inventory management program.
• Financial Oversight: Closely monitor Accounts Receivable (AR) levels for existing accounts and collaborate with other NAX team members, AR, cash applications, and AP departments.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, demonstrating proficiency in operational, business analysis, or project management domains.
• Experience: Minimum of three years’ experience consistently excelling in operational, business analysis, or project management roles, including experience using Coupa, Ariba, and other third-party systems, as well as experience in AR and AP.
• Skills: Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with advanced proficiency in Excel and Word.
• Bonus: A Master’s degree is preferred, and bilingual proficiency (Spanish/English) is a plus; occasional travel (less than 10%) is required.
