What You’ll Actually Do
• Account Support: Provide comprehensive support to Account Managers, fostering customer relationships, managing daily communications, and participating in customer and internal alignment meetings.
• Program Tracking: Assist diligently in tracking customer forecasts, managing orders, and monitoring program timelines to ensure alignment and timely delivery of solutions.
• Project Coordination: Aid in coordinating diverse cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain, to ensure seamless project execution and timely New Product Introduction (NPI) tracking.
• Data Analysis: Analyze critical sales data, backlog figures, and forecast trends, supporting margin tracking and pricing analysis initiatives to provide actionable business insights.
• Process Enhancement: Identify and propose opportunities to streamline reporting, communication, or tracking processes across the business unit, supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial), Supply Chain Management, Project Management, Finance, or a closely related field.
• Experience: Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel and performing data analysis. Prior experience with project tracking tools is preferred.
• Skills: Possess strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Must be highly detail-oriented with strong follow-through capabilities.
• Bonus: Previous internship experience or leadership roles in student organizations are a plus. A genuine interest in customer-facing business roles, technical program management, or the technology, hardware, or manufacturing industries.
